Service update
Introducing My Money Matters
We have some important news
We’re excited to announce an important change which will bring a new look platform and updated services to our valued employee users like you.
For the last 5 years, AVC Wise has worked with 300+ local government organisations to bring over 680,000+ Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) members access to a Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution (Shared Cost AVC) employee benefit scheme.
In that time, we’ve welcomed approx. 330,000 of you to the AVC platform, hosted thousands of webinars and individual meetings, met lots of you in person at events all over the UK, provided support through our dedicated help desk and continued to invest in our tools, resources and services to help you improve your pension knowledge and the importance of saving for a more prosperous retirement with the help of Shared Cost AVCs.
We know there is more to financial wellbeing than just planning for retirement. So we’re not stopping there!
Introducing My Money Matters
From 22 April 2024, we’re changing our name from AVC Wise to My Money Matters.
Our change to My Money Matters will bring with it a fresh, new look, and most exciting of all; a free online platform to provide you with tailored financial education, products and services to support you at every stage of your financial journey, beyond just retirement planning.
Plus, you will still be able to access your AVC management platform in My Money Matters.
Our commitment to providing you with an excellent service remains unchanged. My Money Matters will continue to offer the same exceptional services and resources that you've come to expect from AVC Wise, with a renewed focus on your comprehensive financial wellbeing.
We understand you might have some questions, which is why we’ve put together this employee FAQ document to answer the basics.
