The offer opens at 11:00am on 16th September 2025.
This offer is open to active Hertfordshire County Council and Southampton City Council LGPS members only.
The offer ends at 15:00pm on 17th September 2025.
To qualify for the offer, eligible employees must:
• Register on or log into the My Money Matters platform, and
• Provide proof of registration or log in to existing account (e.g. account screenshot, live webpage or email confirmation).
On completion, eligible participants will be entitled to receive one free ice cream. Ice cream cannot be substituted for any other item.
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in this promotion.
Eligible participants may claim their ice cream at the designated ice cream truck at the following times and locations:
• Hertfordshire County Council – 16th September 2025, between 11:00am and 3:00pm, at Farnham House, Six Hills Way, Stevenage, SG1 2ST.
• Southampton City Council – 17th September 2025, between 11:00am and 3:00pm, at The Guildhall, West Marlands Road, Southampton, SO14 7LP.
Proof of registration must be shown at the ice cream truck in order to redeem the offer.
Each individual is eligible for a single ice cream only, regardless of the number of registrations or proof submissions.
The ice cream is funded by the Promoter and is subject to availability.

My Money Matters Research Interview – Terms & Conditions
If you have been invited to take part in our research interviews, please read the Terms and Conditions below.
The promoter of this research incentive is AVC Wise Limited trading as My Money Matters whose registered office is at First Floor, 5 Fleet Place, London, United Kingdom, EC4M 7RD (the “Promoter”).
The registration to express interest opens at 00:00 15th September 2025.
This opportunity is open to individuals who have been invited by My Money Matters to register their interest in the research interviews either by email or directly by an employee.
The registration ends at 23:59 30th September 2025.
Participants who are selected, attend, and complete the research interview will qualify for the reward. The reward will be a £30 eGift card. Selected participants will be contacted within two weeks of their interview to claim their reward from a list of available retailers. Click here to see the full list of retailers.
All rewards are subject to availability. Only one reward per participant. The reward is funded by the Promoter. Participants will be notified directly on their email address provided in the research interview form facilitated by the Promoter.

My Money Matters Pension Awareness Week Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

This prize draw is open to all active LGPS, NHS and Private Sector employees at the Promoter’s partner organisations.

To qualify for the prize draw, employees at the promoter’s partner organisations must book onto a ‘Knowledge gives you choice’ webinar scheduled for the week commencing 15th September 2025. If they do so, they will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Each individual is eligible for a single entry, regardless of the number of webinar bookings made by that person.
The prize will be a £50 M&S eGift card. There are five prizes available. Only one winner per prize. The prize is funded by the Promoter and is subject to availability. General Terms and Conditions

This offer is open to all active LGPS members at the Promoter’s partner organisations, who are registered on their employer’s My Money Matters platform.
To qualify for the offer, active Local Government Pension Scheme (‘LGPS’) members at the Promoter’s partner organisations must be part of the My Money Matters Insights Network. LGPS members looking to join the My Money Matters Insights Network must complete the Insights Network Registration Form and enter all the required information stated in the form. LGPS members who complete the form may or may not be invited to participate in optional reviews for new My Money Matters products, webinars, website developments and more. LGPS members who participate in the reviews will be rewarded with varying rewards depending on the review task assigned.
Prizes will range from My Money Matters merchandise up to a £50 eGift card.
A prize will only be attributed upon providing honest and constructive feedback on the task assigned.

Launch Registration Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions
The promoter of this offer is AVC Wise Limited trading as My Money Matters whose registered office is at First Floor, 5 Fleet Place, London, United Kingdom, EC4M 7RD (the “Promoter”).
The prize draw is open only to all active Local Government Pension Scheme (“LGPS”) members from new LGPS launch partners who register on the My Money Matters platform during March or April 2025.
A new LGPS launch partner is a partner organisation that has signed up to My Money Matters for the first time and provides the LGPS as their main pension scheme to employees (e.g. Councils).
The offer begins at 00:00 on Saturday 1st March 2025 and ends at 23:59 on Monday 31st March 2025 for those part of the March 2025 launch, and begins at 00:00 Tuesday 1st April 2025 and ends at 23:59 on Wednesday 30th April 2025 for those part of the April 2025 launch.
It does not matter which date within the month the partner launches; all eligible registrations within that calendar month will be entered.
Only one entry per LGPS member is permitted.
The prize will be a £50 M&S eGift card. There is one prize available. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday 1st April 2025 or Thursday 1st May 2025.
The winner will be notified directly via the email address used to register on the My Money Matters platform.
If an LGPS member does not respond to claim their prize within 14 working days, a new winner will be selected at random.
If the new winner does not respond within 14 working days, the prize will no longer be available.
